I graduated from UBC with a bachelor of science degree, specializing in life sciences and mathematics. For over 6 years, I ran small businesses before moving into the real estate industry. From my experience, I have brought resourcefulness and negotiating skills to my profession as a real estate agent. This is in addition to my analytical and problem solving abilities. Over the years, I have worked with clients from nearly every corner of the Lower Mainland working at least 400 different client locations in various business settings.
When I am not working, I like to engage myself in any one of my hobbies which include woodworking, photoshop, and cooking. And when I'm just hanging out, you can find me playing basketball at the Richmond Oval or ultimate frisbee with my wife at any one of the beautiful parks around Vancouver.
On Real Estate
My goal as a real estate agent is to always look out for my clients' interests before my own. As an example, I am not afraid to show my clients how they might benefit from renting versus buying or selling , even if it means I might not get a sale. As professionals, we need to remember that we have an obligation to provide our clients with the best options regardless of our own benefits. I give my clients honest advice, the same advice I would give my family. I not only strive to add more value to my transactions than the commission I receive, I guarantee it in my buyers contracts. I believe that clients today are choosing real estate agents based on honesty and integrity. This is why I implement policies and programs that foster trust and unity between my clients and myself. I don't doubt that one day these forward policies will become the benchmark for all real estate agents in BC.
I hope you share the same values that I do and that we will work together soon!
